Lord, you understand my problems. Remember me and take care of me. Please punish those people who hate me. Do not be so patient with them that they kill me. Remember that they have insulted me because I am serving you. (Jeremiah 15:15)

‭‭
"He will remember the gifts that you have offered to him. He will accept your burnt offerings Selah" Psalms 20:3

‭‭‭‭
There was a man who lived in Caesarea and his name was Cornelius. He was an officer in the Roman army. His group of soldiers was called ‘The Group from Italy’.  Cornelius was a good man. He and all his family served God faithfully. Cornelius prayed to God every day. He also gave money to help poor Jewish people. One afternoon, at about three o'clock, Cornelius had a vision. He clearly saw one of God's angels. The angel came in and said to him, ‘Cornelius!’ Cornelius looked at the angel and he was afraid. He asked, ‘Master, why have you come to me?’ The angel answered, ‘God has heard your prayers. He knows about all the money that you give to poor people. This has pleased him. Now God is answering your prayers...

What gives God memories is your generosity towards his mission. Those who will recieve long life were remembered by God for their giving.

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭38:3‬ ‭EASY‬‬
"He prayed, ‘Lord, please remember that I have served you well. I have always obeyed you. You could trust me to do the things that you told me to do.’ Hezekiah wept very much."

The owner of the above prayer was King Hezekiah who had received 15 more years of extension to his life because He was generous in His service to God.

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. Matthew 25:35-37

It is another opportunity to give to God ad this forum (christianforums.net) is now raising funds to renew its yearly hosting service. We all will be blessed when we give from the bottom of our heart towards a gospel forum that accommodate all and sundry in the name of our Lord Jesus.

The Bible says this about someone who helps other people: ‘He has shared his things with many poor people. God will always remember how kind that person has been.’ 2 Corinthians 9:9

Prayer: God I won't stop giving to help your mission on earth for Jesus Christ sake. Help me in the name of Jesus to be in your remembrance always. Remember me every time for good. Amen.

The Power of Praise

Emoji Devotional for Fri, 19th January 2024

Topic: The power of Praise.

Highlight:
‭‭
saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

‭‭And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?

And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Revelation‬ ‭7:12‬,14 ‭KJV‬‬

Let us have the understanding that people who praise God are showing gratitude for His salvation. In His salvation is sustenance, mercy, protection,  deliverance. Praise shows gratitude. So What are we grateful for? THAT God is always saving us from bad times of bad trouble and wash our heart and make us clean. Even though some around us could deny they could not see clearly what God has done for us, we know in our hearts that God has been good and we are praising him for all He has done.

Praising God is one of the biggest thing in the Spiritual realms because it shows that God has already delivered us from bad and uncomfortable situations into a state of gratitude and that is the power of Praise.

This is what will happen to people who devote their time and energy praising God always. They are always near God's throne, being taken care of like a shepherd with His sheep. Everything they get will be fresh and living which will take away all forms of sorrows away.

Revelation‬ ‭7:17‬ ‭says
‭‭
"The Lamb is there with them, near to God's throne. He will take care of them, like a shepherd with his sheep. He will take them to drink fresh water that gives people life. They will no longer be sad. God will take away all the tears from their eyes.’

Let of begin to develop the habit of praising God as praising God enables the power to make us redeemed.

Prayer: ‭‭Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! I say to myself, ‘Praise the Lord!’ I will praise the Lord through all my life. While I am alive, I will always sing to praise my God.

And Asa had an army of men that bare targets and spears, out of Judah three hundred thousand; and out of Benjamin, that bare shields and drew bows, two hundred and fourscore thousand: all these were mighty men of valour.

2 Chronicles‬ ‭14:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Once an Ethiopian named Zerah attacked Judah with an army of 1,000,000 men and 300 chariots. They advanced to the town of Mareshah, so Asa deployed his armies for battle in the valley north of Mareshah. Then Asa cried out to the Lord his God, “O Lord, no one but you can help the powerless against the mighty! Help us, O Lord our God, for we trust in you alone. It is in your name that we have come against this vast horde. O Lord, you are our God; do not let mere men prevail against you!”
Asa and his army pursued them as far as Gerar, and so many Ethiopians fell that they were unable to rally. They were destroyed by the Lord and his army, and the army of Judah carried off a vast amount of plunder.

Prayer: O Holy Ghost, no one but you can help the powerless against the mighty! Help us, O Lord our God, for we trust in you alone. Heal our body, Heal our Soul, Take control. In Jesus name. Amen
