Adding Melody to your Destiny

Emoji Devotions for Monday 16 November, 2020 by Sweetvine Shema Ola

Highlights:  The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23

As we know that without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who approaches Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.
These are four things we can do to add melody to our destiny.

1. Believing that God exist. "

The angel answered him, “I’m Gabriel! I stand in God’s presence. God sent me to tell you this good news. Luke 1:19

God is faithful. Either a person believes Him or not does not change Him from being merciful. "Look at the proud one; his soul is not upright—but the righteous will live by faith—" Habakkuk 2:4

2. Seeking God is another way to add melody to destiny.

David said in Psalms 27:4-5 "One thing I have asked of the LORD; this is what I desire: to dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and seek Him in His temple. For in the day of trouble He will hide me in His shelter; He will conceal me under the cover of His tent; He will set me high upon a rock".

In the day of trouble who do you run to? Proverbs 18:10 says the name of God is a strong tower.

3. Having faith in God will add melody to our dear lives.

How can I be sure of this?” Zechariah asked the angel...."And now you will be silent and unable to speak until the day this comes to pass, because you did not believe my words, which will be fulfilled at their proper time.” Luke 1:18a, 20a.

Having faith in God is same thing as believing in His words.

Are you amongst those who always asks for proof of existence of God? It is dangerous to doubt God's word let alone His existence.  ...Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established...; 2 chronicles 20:20. This message may be a time Warner? A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. James 1:8

4. Being God's child will add good melody into your life.

Have you been seen Bible references such as Habakkuk, James, Ecclesiastes, Jeremiah, Chronicles and so on and so forth. They are God's inspired books from the Books of the Bible. If you want to be God's child you have got to love His words. "This Book of the Law must not depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. For then you will prosper and succeed in all you do." Joshua 1:8

Do you have any questions going down right there in your head? This is what Jesus have to say about it from the Holy Bible:

Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again." John 3:3

Pray that God will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and God should remove your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh in Jesus name.

If you do not know how to pray, it is easy, close your eyes and join to God in your heart by faith and say those prayer out.

Now that you have prayed that prayer, you can start reading the Holy Bible from now on. I recommend starting from new testament pages because they contain story of rebirth into new life and as you read, do digest as much as you can in each interval of relevant hours of the day.  You will enjoy reading lots of it. Then you can experience dramatic melody in your destiny.

Remember that God's mercy does not come to an end. Enjoy as much as you can!
