Surviving By Gods Grace

An Emoji Devotions for Mon 2, December 2024

Topic: Surviving By God's grace

Highlight:

Genesis 14:19-20 ERV
He blessed Abram and said, “Abram, may you be blessed by God Most High, the one who made heaven and earth. And we praise God Most High, who helped you defeat your enemies.” Abram gave Melchizedek one-tenth of everything he had taken during the battle.

The only answer to our future is Jesus. When things seems dark or even bright Jesus is our only hope of glory. The above Bible passage is a public declaration of God's favor upon Abram, setting him apart as a recipient of divine grace. After that encounter, Abraham survived by the grace of God even up till this moment. God is the only survival place for everyone. Until we accept this then we will begin to see His glory. The Bible says in James 1:17 that Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens.
So God is our Father and we can only survive by His grace. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:8

So Surviving By God's grace does not mean to carelessly live our lives out there. It is pointing us to associate ourselves to things that comes as gift from God. Example of God's gift wisdom, wisdom is a good gift that comes from God and every sons and daughters of God need to ask God for wisdom so as to live a triumphant life.

In the grace of God is to accept the gift of God. You are not your own, for you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God in your body 1 Corinthians 6:19

Whenever we neglect God's gift (every good  and perfect gift that comes from the Father) and go after the inventions of men, we are working for the wages of sin. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 6:23

The gift of God is also eternal life and It's only through Jesus Christ we can enjoy the gift of God. Therefore Jesus said again, “Very truly I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep. John 10:1.

That is why we should survive by grace of God through Jesus Christ. If you do not know Jesus and you wish to know him. You must first accept Him as your Lord and Savior (as your gate) through which you will enjoy the gifts of God. Say this prayer: " Lord Jesus Omnipotent Savior, I have come to declare you as my Lord and Saviour, please save my soul and let me through into the joy of God's gifts"

Prayer: Lord Jesus grant us the best gifts for our destiny from God which will turn us to immortal like you. Amen.

GOD OF DIVINE BOOST

An Emoji Devotional for Sat 15th November 2024

Topic: God of Divine Boost

Highlight:

Things happened fast. The sky grew black with wind-driven clouds, and then a huge cloudburst of rain, with Ahab hightailing it in his chariot for Jezreel. And God strengthened Elijah mightily. Pulling up his robe and tying it around his waist, Elijah ran in front of Ahab’s chariot until they reached Jezreel. (Nearly 20 Miles) 1 Kings 18:45-46

There are rules that broke boost. Elijah outrun an horse nearly two hours on high speed faster than the speed of the horse covering distance of about 20 miles.

If there is an urgency to accomplish a misison - Pray to God of Boost.

If you need divine empowerment on what you cannot do on your own - Pray to the God of Boost.

The name of the Divine Booster is called the "Hand of God". In King James Version 1 Kings 18:46

"And the hand of the Lord was on Elijah, and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel"

This "Hand of God" once it's upon Your Samson, You will become incredibly strong man, And upon your David or Elijah, whoever you are with the "hand of God" on your life, you will have a divine boost to accomplish victorious mission. Let us check at least three places where "Hand of God" was mentioned in the Bible:

Isaiah 41:10 NKJV
Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’

"FINGER OF GOD"

Exodus 8:19

Then the magicians said to Pharaoh, “This is  the finger of God.” But Pharaoh’s heart grew hard, and he did not heed them, just as the Lord had said.
Luke 11:20 NKJV

But if I cast out demons with the finger of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.

If you have the hand of God upon you, then you may have become unstoppable in your world of accomplishments.

Pray that the hand of God come upon you when you need a boost.

The Light of Jesus

Emoji Devotional for Sat 19th October, 2024

Topic: The Light Of Jesus

Highlight:

John 12:45-46 FBV
When you see me, you're seeing the one who sent me. I have come as a light shining into the world, so if you trust in me you won't remain in the dark.
Touch our body to look and see you O Lord! You may be born again or enlightened in The Spirit. When you reach a level where Jesus light shines on your body and you are being recognised by people around you as born-again Christian, then your body is in good order. And if people points at you and say, He/she is an among idol worshippers or unbeliever or a drunkard then how bad is your light.

Matthew 6:22-23 FBV

The eye is like a lamp that lights the body. So if your eye is healthy, then your whole body will have light. But if your eye is evil, then your whole body will be in the dark. If the ‘light’ you have is actually darkness, how dark is that!

When you are dressed up and you appear to someone who have not known or met you before; Whatever you look like and whatever comes out of your mouth is how you will be addressed. Your body is your city and your voice is your address in the Spirit.

Prayer: Lord Jesus point us to you and let your light of recognition shine on our spirit and soul always on Jesus name. Amen

TIME

An Emoji Devotional for Today, 12th October, 2024

Topic: Time

Highlight: Your throne was established long ago; you are from all eternity. Psalms 93:2

Life of humans are time bound. It's ages and it gets older with time. Time is the master of human life. God cannot be bound by time. He can go back in time and also go ahead of time. Someone who think deep about God wrote Psalms 90:2 that"Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God."

Time is under the power of God is to control and refresh his memories of human race and dispensation. In Job 14:5 Job 14:5 CEVDCI Version says "Our time on earth is brief; the number of our days is already decided by you." This means God has already decided our future. So when you are living time remember Job 33:14-15, 17-20

"God speaks in different ways, and we don't always recognize his voice.  Sometimes in the night, he uses terrifying dreams God does this to make us turn from sin and pride and to protect us from being swept away to the world of the dead. Sometimes we are punished with a serious illness and aching joints. Merely the thought of our favorite food makes our stomachs sick".

Even right now we are in time and our time is decided by God alone.

When you are facing any challenges in life, the first is to seek God's face about it and beg him for mercy and intervention. Only God has seen the future before us and whatever he decides is our fate.

There was a man in Bible who changed his fate when He was told that he should prepare to die. He faced the wall and prayed that God would change His mind. And He got mercy to live for fifteen more years. In Isaiah 38:1-5, We learned that Hezekiah prayed and this has always been what Jesus has been crying loud all His days that we should Watch and Pray Matthew 26:41, so we will not enter into temptation of thinking that anything is beyond God's control.

DON'T CUT YOUR TICKET TO HEAVEN OR YOU WILL NEVER GET HOME.

AN Emoji Devotional for Tue 30 July 2024

Topic: DON'T CUT YOUR TICKET TO HEAVEN OR YOU WILL NEVER GET HOME.

Highlight:

"But he will reply, ‘I don’t know you or where you come from. Away from me, all you evildoers!" Luke 13:27

Everyone is looking for the light. The light is a place of recognition where everyone can see what each and every others are doing and they are comfortable about the transparencies of doings. The eye sees the light from the mind. "...If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light." MATTHEW 6:22

Something there is Interpreting the vision we see. We should be thankful for what we have and be okay we with because some do not have it. People mostly fall into situation where they don't know what to be thankful for because they can't interpret the right from the wrong. Luke 5:39 says "And no one after drinking old wine wants the new, for they say, ‘The old is better.’"

If you are thankful for what you have and are contended with it, you may possibly be acting like someone with a good eyes. Only those who are thankful for what they have will not complain of what they do not have, and those who don't complain but are thankful are healthy.

When our minds are corrupted within us, we will see blessings as curse, while you see blessings as curse, you can never be blessed because only those who see blessings will go for blessing and will get blessing. You cannot receive what you did not see.

Your ticket to heaven is the spiritual eye that you use to see. If you see blessing you will be blessed and if you see curse you will be cursed. Read your Bible to learn how to see. JOHN 3: 27 ..."A person can receive only what is given them from heaven". And I say; 'How will you receive what is given unless you see it coming?".

Don't see curse. See blessing. What does Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.”

Do not cut your ticket to heaven. Be Born again.

Prayer: Almighty terbabacle built by God for all goodness. I run to thee, to seek the face of God who sits on the Throne. Who lives forever and ever. Bless my eyes. Let me see you coming. In Jesus name. Amen.

EVEN if God did not say a word; Keep trusting Him

An Emoji Devotional for Mon 15th July 2024

Topic: EVEN if God did not say a word; Keep trusting Him

Highlight:

I've commanded you to be strong and brave. Don't ever be afraid or discouraged! I am the Lord your God, and I will be there to help you wherever you go.  Joshua 1:9

I have heard people telling others "don't worry I will be there for you". Most especially between male and female but somehow along the line some unexpected event took place and afterwards one is disappointed.  God is the only one who does not disappoint people who trust Him. The trust relationship between us and God must be understood that if help has not arrived does not mean that help is not coming.

In Joshua 7; Israel was defeated by the inhabitants of the city of Ai, and it was revealed that the reason for the defeat was because one of the Israelites has sinned and kept some of the “devoted things” from Jericho which God forbade.  Sometimes it is obedience and sometimes it is patience. sacrifice by himself (1 Samuel 13:9). Because Saul refuses to listen to God, Samuel says he has forfeited the hope of an eternal dynasty in Israel (1 Samuel 13:13).

And often times God himself may make us go through certain things because His will must be done. Example was Jesus praying that "if" there is a possible way to avoid the cross, that He might avoid it. Critically, though, Jesus immediately binds His request to submission. In virtually the same breath as He makes His appeal, He resolves to obey the will of the Father. Matthew 26:39

The summary of the whole is the God does not sleep nor slumber neither does He gets tired or run out of option or supplies. All He wants is your understanding of the "trust" relationship that you will receive the best from him provided you stay with Him as He is with you.

Do you really want to stay with God? Do you really want to understand God. You must continue to be having undying faith in God. EVEN if God did not say a word; Keep trusting Him

"Jesus did not say a word. But the woman kept following along and shouting, so his disciples came up and asked him to send her away." Matthew 15:23

This is the kind of trust that God is looking from you.

God is Spirit, and those who worship God must be led by the Spirit to worship him according to the truth. Keep trusting him, do not leave him hands off you. Keep trusting, praying on what you trust and know God for. He is indeed a good God. He will never discouraged you.

Prayer: Father what I can fathom is pure love in you. Please let your love stay with me forever in Jesus name I pray. AMEN

How will I fight Back?

An Emoji Devotional for Fri 12 July 2024

Topic: How will I fight Back?

Highlight:
The Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert, so that the devil could test him.  Matthew 4:1

You cannot believe this. I tell you that most fights were to be fought in the wilderness. It was the wilderness that all the stories of Jesus's ministry scripted from beginning to the end. God forbid, If Jesus had failed that test, you and I would not have been saved Christians by now.

What surprised me is that it was the Holy Spirit who led Jesus into that desert so the devil could test him. Why desert? Why not to the temple or to the sea shore? What did the Holy Spirit want Jesus do? To fight back, you have to been led by the Spirit.

Did Jesus christ went to fight the devil? No, because he went on for forty days without food. This mean the devil was also in the same desert. The devil might have even fasted for some days which I cannot specify but they both went to the desert because an event is about to happen that will change the history of humanity forever.

The devil knows what is at stake so he took the risk to be audacious but he is never confident enough and incoherent in his chats  because the presence of Jesus is greater to make the devil insane and incoherent for the rest of his career.  The devil's first words is no Greetings or exchange of pleasantries. That was the first time the devil was afraid to speak. He could see the twelves battle ready Armies of angels watching him to say something against the plan and they could finish him.

Matthew 26:53 "Don't you know that I could ask my Father, and he would at once send me more than twelve armies of angels?"

The way Jesus answered the devil is like someone who already defined a contest as a winner vs loser.

Jesus answered, “The Scriptures say: ‘No one can live only on food. People need every word that God has spoken.’ ”
The angels are there asking the devil is that all you got? The devil tried and tried but he could not even stand the wisdom of God let alone stand a chance to be coherent in all his word.  Without mincing words it's likely that the devil fell off hitting his head on a stone and rolled down the cliff.

"In heaven the Lord laughs as he sits on his throne, making fun of the nations." Psalms 2:4

‭This made the dragon terribly angry with the woman. So it started a war against the rest of her children. They are the people who obey God and are faithful to what Jesus did and taught. The dragon stood on the beach beside the sea. (Revelation 12:17-18)

So how you fight back? Be lead by the Holy Spirit and be loaded with wisdom of God's word. Watch and pray. Matthew 26:41, Ephesians 6:13

Prayer: Lord Jesus I ask that you grant me grace to use your wisdom and my wisdom from now on. In Jesus name. Amen
