Devil's Customer Care Vs the Great Commission
Topic: Devil's Customer Care Vs the Great Commission
Highlights:
Control yourselves and be careful! The devil is your enemy. And he goes around like a roaring lion looking for someone to eat. 1 Peter 5:8 ICB
So go and make followers of all people in the world. Baptize them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19
Someone who is hungry will need food to remain active. So the Bible says that the devil is hungry and needs food somit goes around like a roaring lion advertising for someone to eat. Proverbs 6:2 says "You might get trapped by what you say.You might be caught by your own words." When the lion roar, the first signal that goes to its prey is fear and worries. And they begin to run. Once the lion sees them running it tries to corner them with speed and gasp of claws and sharp teeth. Proverbs 6:5 says "But free yourself like a deer running from a hunter.Free yourself like a bird flying away from a trapper."
How? By preaching the gospel and engaging in the things of God. When you tell others about Jesus love and engage daily in Godly things, you will be strong enough to withstand the roaring tone of the devil and from your inner ears you will be the first person to live by what you teach be showing resistance to the devil. Mark 16: 17-18 "And these signs will accompany those who believe: In My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not harm them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will be made well"
If the you get worried or afraid or anxious about life, remember to talk about love of Christ to someone near or far away and while you are on it. Fear, worries and anxiety will leave. If you know you are not qualify or equipped enough to preach Christ to people then use this opportunity to repent and ask God to equip you with a new life and save your soul from the scheme of the devil. Do not let Satan outsmart you. Outsmart him with preaching the gospel 2 Cor 2:11.
Prayer: Lord visit my life today and equip me for the gospel of Christ love. Let me be able to talk about Jesus Christ and to show someone about the love of God in Christ Jesus. Amen

Manipulation of the devil and human mocking
An Emoji Devotions for Thu, 18th March, 2021
Topic: Manipulation of the devil and human mocking
Highlights:
He saved others,” they said, “but he can’t save himself! He’s the king of Israel! Let him come down now from the cross, and we will believe in him. Matthew 27:42
Then the devil took Him to the holy city and set Him on the pinnacle of the temple. 6“If You are the Son of God,” he said, “throw Yourself down. For it is written: ‘He will command His angels concerning You, and they will lift You up in their hands, so that You will not strike Your foot against a stone.’” Matthew 4:6-6
Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. Isaiah 41:10
It is a good thing to sing hymns because in their words you find encouragement. A manipulated person may never know if he's doing the right thing. Even when he or she is doing the right thing he will be tempted by the devil and mocked by men to pull him off the right track. Proverbs 14:15 "The simple believe anything, but the prudent give thought to their steps." The first thing the devil does is to make you believe the things he wants to tell you. The devil first of all took Jesus to the holy city and set Him on the pinnacle of the temple before he said "Throw yourself down if you are the son of God." He eventually reminded Jesus what the Bible says about angels guidance in Psalm 91. It's true that Jesus is righteous and was taken to the Holy city but God did not tell us to test our spiritual abilities whether they are working or not. Whatever could make you test the power of God whether it will work or not is a manipulation of the devil. Daniel did not go into the lion's den to test his powers he was falsely accused and after being thrown in the lion's cave God delivered him. Same thing for Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, they escaped the burning furnace because they were determined not to disobey God. Some people will give God deadline like three months or three years before preparing to backslide back into the world. You can see that when people even the priests and teachers of law mocked Jesus on the cross that he saved others but he could not save himself in Matthew 27:42. Jesus did not fight back.
When you truly want to serve God, you will serve him wholeheartedly without ultimatums or deadline nor faulting. You will not permit the devil to manipulate you or listen to what people say to mock you. Jesus response to all test from the devil was "it is written"... It is written man shall not live by bread alone, it is written thou shall not test the Lord your God, it is written thou shall serve the Lord thy God and only him shall thou serve. We should endeavour to read out Bible to know what's written concerning us to over-rule manipulations from the devil. God said in 41:10 Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. What He says is true. He did it for Moses, and all men of faith. He will do it for you if you do not let the devil manipulate you nor yield to human mockery. Keep serving God and trusting him whether it is good or bad. Remove any deadline or second option to backslide in your heart and serve God fully. That's how a true child of God does.
Prayer: Father make me your child permanently. I am not more giving you any deadline or ultimatum. I will serve you for the rest of my life and will obey you. Please Lord hold me up with your victorious right hand. In Jesus name. Amen.

Acknowledge Yourself and Others as Humans
An Emoji Devotions for Wed 17 March, 2021
Topic: Acknowledge Yourself and Others as Humans
Text: "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God," Romans 6:23
There are things beyond our control. Humans truly could be terrific but they have no control over nature. The Bible says that "The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein" Psalm 24:1. I believe what the Bible holds is true because even if man could destroy the entire human race they cannot destroy the entire nature. They do not hold control to the birds, ants, spiders, or water or disaster. First of all you need to acknowledge that you are human and accept the fact that you we all have limitations that cannot match the supernatural power and force of God. You need to firmly acknowledge that though some folks could may retain special knowledge or powers cannot match with God. For all power belongs to God now and forever. Amen. 1 Peter 5:11
No one can match the power of God no matter how influential they are among human. Therefore, We must all reverence and look up to God for our life's instructions. At a certain time I believe God has passed through human race before to show us without assumptions about Himself through the Bible.
Do not be afraid of human like you and do not trust them but trust in God who creates all. This is what the LORD says: "Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who draws strength from mere flesh and whose heart turns away from the LORD. Jeremiah 17:5
We can find more about God by reading His words in the Bible. Joshua 1:8 Says if we continue to read God's word day and night, we will have good success. Sometimes the flesh would not want us to read the Bible because of the power it gives us. The people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits. Daniel 11:32b
Prayer: Holy Spirit please use the Holy Bible the word of God to guide me to God. I want to be strong and do great things in life. In Jesus name. Amen.

Close to The Tree of Life
An Emoji Devotions for Tue 16 March, 2021
Topic: Close to The Tree of Life
Highlights:
Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. Revelation 22:14-15
What's causing fights and quarrels among people? It's desires. Through desires many have become sexually immoral, murderer, idolaters and practitioners of falsehood. It is exciting, thrilling, and a little terrifying to fall head over heels for someone but it is dangerous to get carried away. We were all born with robes that can not be removed. It has an intense powerful force that is called destiny. Like a Leopard skin, like a cat body, like a fish with scales, each and everyone of us has a robe. When I see you and you see me, what did you see? A friend or an enemy, a tolerant or intolerant, a wise or proud man. I answered, "Sir, you know." And he said, "These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore, "they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence. Rev 7:14-15
When the table was set before you in the presence of your enemies, did you first serve yourself or did you first serve God. So I'm asking the same question again. What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don’t they come from your desires that battle within you? James 4:1
The soothing tongue is a tree of life,
but a perverse tongue crushes the spirit. It's time to be passionate about God and say something that will sooth his feeling and make him feel so good everyday that He will call you a man or woman after his heart.
Prayer: God you are amazing, I love your words, you make me happy. I will never leave you. I love you Jesus. Amen

the dots and comas of life
An Emoji Devotions for Mon 15 March, 2021
Topic: the dots and comas of life
Highlights: I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." John 16:33
If you have ever came across a story line paragraph without punctuation marks. Even though it contain beautiful story it wouldn't make much sense. It may feel like you are been dragged back by real life punctuations if you really want to move fast and something or some people are slowing you down. Like someone trying to catch up with an event would suddenly bumped into unexpected traffic.
In year 2020 the whole world experienced a backlash holiday from an unexpected COVID 19 pandemic which has reshaped how people live. Now you have to cover your nose, wash your hands and distance yourself from people anywhere even in the bank. An act which looks to the moral like pride if there were no pandemic. May God have mercy!
It makes more sense when we become a gentleman and gentlewoman that people want to see but what's stopping us? A good man or woman will not feel good after making someone else sad. Like looking down on the waiter in the restaurant because something went wrong with your order, or talking rashly to the roadside commuters because they anyhow bumped into you? How has anything or anyone been acting crazy like a punctuation mark lately in your story line? Do you now understand what Jesus went through before he laid down his life for me and you on the cross? See the punctuations that when Jesus said in this world you will have trouble does not refer to blows and jabs from religious fights. It's personal and a thing that defines you as gentleman. Are you having trouble coping with the real world people around you?
God knows. Yet it is those people who decides in their heart if you are good man or good woman. No, it's not a temptation when same thing happens more than once and you can only say "but God knows my heart!". Summer and winter will not cease but who will save your soul when you are remembered by what we have done?
Hebrews 9:27 -28 "Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him."
Have you waited for Christ salvation or It is just a normal thing to try; to receive Jesus Christ into your life, have you made confessions about him as your Lord and saviour to genuinely show the way you behave is as a Bible believer? You can be the gentleman and gentlewoman the world wants to see. Though it is difficult, Jesus says "be cheerful I have overcome the world".
Prayer: Lord have pity on me if I have affected other people's lives negatively, forgive me and give me the opportunity to live right. I need the grace of our Lord Jesus to remember who I need to be and not what I want to be. Let me be like Jesus to the world. Amen.

why are you like this?
An Emoji Devotions for Sun, 14 March,2021
Topic: why are you like this?
Highlights: "...and lean not on your own understanding;" Proverbs 3:5-6
It's until you are hungry then you will appreciate food. Then you will know why some hungry people can't walk very well. You always want to know the reason for everything. That's probably why you are like what you are right now. It's possible you don't mutter it out, maybe you always whisper silently in your heart. "Why is everyone not smiling at me?" Is my dress that bad? Why is he covering his nose? You even ask why someone is being nice to you. God says we should stop asking questions and give thanks. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 "give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus".
Time flies, and soon enough by the time strange things start happening to you, if you do not change your attitude of asking too many questions then you may start knowing the reason why it asking too much questions is bad. Instead of asking questions, follow tha advice of King Solomon in Proverbs 22:28 - 29
"Do not move an ancient boundary stone set up by your ancestors."
Work on the talent God gave you, be yourself and leave what others are saying for God to handle.
The Bible says "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" 2 Corinthians 5:17
The new person is you! Be real to yourself and stop asking why. Be in Christ today and all your questions will be solved.

This is, why we should never doubt
An Emoji Devotions for Fri, 12th March 2021
Topic: This is, why we should never doubt
By H.U. Wenger
Highlights: “Don’t be afraid,” the prophet answered. “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” (2. King 6:16)
If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one.
Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? … No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:31b – 35; 37 – 39)
The Kingdom of Aram was at war with the Northern Kingdom of Israel. Time and again the King of Aram held counsel with his Generals, but every attack they planned, was known in advance to the king of Israel. The king of Aram asked his staff, who the traitor would be. “None of us, my lord the king,” said one of his officers, “but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the very words you speak in your bedroom.” “Go, find out where he is,” the king ordered, “so I can send men and capture him.” The report came back: “He is in Dothan.” (2. Könige 6:12 – 13) At night the king sent a strong force of men with horses and chariots to surround Dothan. When the servant of the man of God got up and went out early the next morning, an army with horses and chariots had surrounded the city. “Oh no, my lord! What shall we do?” the servant asked. “Don’t be afraid,” the prophet answered. “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” And Elisha prayed, “Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. (Verses 15 – 17) Elisha then gave a brilliant example what it means to love the enemies. Those, who came to take him captive, were lead to the headquarters for a big banquet and to be released home after the fest.
Gehasi was the long term servant of Elisha. He had seen many wonders the Lord has done, but as soon as he thinks his life in jeopardy, he doubts the might and power of God. He needs sight. I am afraid that so many of us are like Gehasi. As soon as we face a perceived impossibility, we are losing faith.
Do I still believe in the love of God? I am still aware that he gave his only son for my salvation? Do I still cling to the truth that Christ has paid for all my sins on the cross and that I am now his beloved child, who shall inherit his kingdom and to be taken into his glory? Why do I harbor doubts that I might not be good enough for him? Why do my thoughts leave his love and allow fear to enter my heart? Of course I am not enough for him! That is why he saved me, because he wanted me and he is 100 percent for me! Listen to the apostle Paul and you will lose any reason for doubt. It will open your spiritual sight and enable you to live in his love, like Elisha. Seize the authority that has been bestowed unto you!
Prayer: Dear Lord Jesus. I am tempted to see my circumstances greater than your might and power. Please forgive me. Thank you that those, who are with me are always more than are with them. Thank you that your love will never leave nor fail me. Thank you, that you will always stand with me and please let me always stand with you. Amen
